想換個減肥方法 - 美體

身高156cm 體重52.5kg
之前運動有搭配慢跑,飲食上晚餐比較少量而已,當然沒有零食類或宵夜,
這樣持續5個月瘦4kg. (很少..)
最近想換個方法瘦但我又不想瘦到胸(還想增胸),
運動上ㄧ星期跑三or四天 加上最近很流行的billy拳擊有氧四天
我算過 billy 1~5集總共要花費43分鐘左右
慢跑 8~10圈 花費約50-60 (含暖身收操)
飲食上 我比較困擾,我想改ㄧ餐吃燕麥餐,其他兩餐均正常,
想放在早餐上 我又怕只泡燕麥吃我會容易瘦到胸,
(不過通常早上9點吃.12點也很快就到了,但重點我不想瘦胸丫..)
放在晚餐吃,家裡有時會煮,不吃又怕媽媽會難過 = ="
而且晚餐只吃燕麥,應該會超不滿足吧,
要整整撐到隔天都不能再吃東西..蠻累的!
希望大家給我個意見,
看燕麥餐放哪裡比較好? 中午我覺得吃飽一點 下午才有體力上班~~
還有,我的運動量這樣夠嗎?
