我以前是個紙片人
高中一年級體重61
身高...185
高三到大二體重維持在71公斤左右
最近這半年體重增加到79
現在大三187/79
但是我同學都說看不出我79
覺得我挺瘦的
而且我們學校洗澡是開放式的衛浴空間
大家身材都看得一清二楚
淚Q_Q
我好希望有厚實的胸膛阿
最近我有空都去學校重訓室
ㄧ個禮拜兩天
我只練臥推、舉啞鈴
重量45kg到50kg
45我大約可以12下做3輪吧
50公斤剛開始練習
一回合8下
有時候會在板上看文章
看到好多人臥推都舉好重
我上次挑戰60kg
舉了6下
有點無力XDDD
