發現有些人節奏很快連槓片聲音都沒有
1212121212121212這樣快
我則是1~2~1~2~1~2~1~2~1~2~1~2
有觀察到更重量的人是1~~~2,1~~~2這樣
想請教這會對練的肌肉有什麼直接影響嗎?
會不會容易受傷?
