我本身175/63
這樣體重算是正常吧!?
我不是要變成肌肉猛男那種型的=口=
但也不想要現在這種不結實的感覺
尤其是我肩膀比較窄
所以每次一說出我有175CM的時候所有人都會變日本人那樣
"蛤~~~~?"
比了一下後
"真的耶~"...ˊˋ
肩膀窄看起來真的不高!
最近開始有在家裡練練
仰臥起坐
半仰臥起坐
伏地挺身
舉舉啞鈴等等..
但還是想去健身房練
感覺比較有效率
請問有輔大的同學要一起練嗎?
學校的重訓室不用好浪費阿XD
