想維持身體肌肉量的訓練方式 - 健身

我知道肌肉要變大必須不斷增加重訓重量,讓肌肉破壞再修補,
但若只是想要維持肌肉量,不會因為有氧運動的燃燒肌肉及
年紀增長的肌肉流失,是否在重訓時也要不斷增加重量?
還是只要維持同一重量的訓練就能達到維持肌肉的效果?
