基本資料
性別:男
年齡:22
身高:177
體重:63.3
BMI:20.2
體脂率:7.9 (是不是過低 = = )

三餐內容
早餐:全麥吐司3片或雜糧麵包一個+泡一杯燕麥奶或無糖豆漿+一種水果
午餐:因為附近的餐廳都太油膩所以才吃素食店(吃一碗糙米飯或五穀飯+4樣青菜 (不吃肉) + 一種水果)
晚餐:自助餐(一碗白飯+3樣菜+一種肉)或一碗乾麵或20顆水餃
六日回家吃飯後就是媽媽煮,有菜有肉
其他:一天喝2000cc的水,完全不喝飲料
日常作息時間:固定十點半睡,早上六點半起床
運動: 周六和日各會去操場跑步半小時
近期狀況:在今年四月因為當兵要體檢,那時候身高也是17去玩等等.
.然後三餐都很油膩(香雞堡,培根蛋餅,雞腿飯等等….)又喝飲料,
畢業後想說要讓身體變得健康一點,改掉之前的壞習慣,
於是生活作息就調成如上所述,結果體重就開始直直落,才幾個月,到
今天去量只剩下63公斤了,我原本只是想瘦一點結果不小心便太瘦了= =
作息改變好像真的有差
我的問題: 想請問大家這樣是否過瘦,會不會變得很不健康= =,今天去屈臣氏量的時候
小姐跟我說體指率有點低,不知道我的作息或飲食有沒有時麼要改進的?最近家人看到都說我太瘦了,想要健康的增胖一點 。
我變太瘦了,不好看...
