本魯身高170 體重98
以前曾經因為工作關係瘦到85,但是也是泡芙人,後來有做一些錯誤的重訓
看了一些文章卻說減到肌肉了
但是後來換了工作後就復胖到98了
現在就在想先跑3千,再吃完晚餐後做一些重訓
但是我想問問,到底要怎麼吃才可以[減脂增肌]
例如說早餐要怎麼吃,中餐我不能選(只有便當),晚餐要跑完吃又或是跑完重訓完再吃
然後晚餐要吃些什麼
然後假日該怎麼吃
希望各位大大能幫給我一些建議!
