想請問leg press的正確練法 - 健身

各位巨巨大家好,看到上面有一篇講到leg press
因此想請問一下leg press正確的練法
因為從以前還沒重訓時我因為好奇在學校玩了幾次leg press,
赫然發現我能夠把台上的槓片插滿(實際重量沒注意)
第一下需用比較大的力氣撐起,接下來大約能做個三四十下沒完全伸縮的
最近在健身房也有看到人家在練腿,可是看不太出個所以然
只是覺得表情很猙獰XD
所以我想我一定有什麼地方出了錯,@@想來勞煩各位一下
…還是其實只是因為腿太短,力距相對短,因此出的力氣可以比較輕鬆T_T
