上個月到現在,因為公司給了一個
案子非常繁瑣,所以幾乎每天晚上
都在加班。目前案子處理的差多了
開始準備重拾健身,但是經過一個
的荒廢,其實身材跟力量自己感覺
已經不如一個月前的自己,因為本
身食量大,所以容易發胖...
進入主題,如果一個月沒健身,我
該用多少力量開始練呢?
1RM*60% or 50%?
如果做不到以往的重量,該降低強
度,還是拉長組間休息時間呢?
請各位巨巨們解惑,謝謝
