目前是有四塊肌,啞鈴二頭也可以舉到25lb
暑假想要有計畫地去健身房健身
目的減脂肪並增大肌肉
想要練出六塊肌
我目前的基礎代謝率約1600
若要增加肌肉並減脂肪一天大概要吃多少熱量
我吃飯比較清淡 因此平常都大概吃剛好基礎代謝率而已
如果要健身吃否要多吃點?
另外我本身有再打網球
一次可能打個3小時
這樣是否會快速消耗肌肉...
