大家好
小弟近期開始接觸重訓
以前有參加過籃球校隊
我想請問一下
小弟目前在我們這邊的國民運動中心
都只做很像 leg press 但是是往前
推的那種,不是斜的
還有單腳站直單腳往後推出去的那種
機器
想請問一下,假如只做這兩種機器,
會不會造成腳的肌肉不平均成長,而
受傷呢?
我目前做 上面提到的像是leg press
能做到180公斤10下4組,沒槓片能用
了
請問有什麼其他器材能嘗試幫助跳躍
力成長呢?

小弟去年才回來運動,近期暑假打算
完全投入健身房,修正一下誇張的身
材,目前身高181體重117,可以拉正
常籃框超過半隻手掌,有激烈打籃球
的習慣,以下是小弟測的身體指數

話從看哪些文章入門較好,以及假如
一個禮拜練4次,需要購買高蛋白來
配合重訓嗎?
