目前接觸健力約3個月,這三個月都在用健力練法,每組次數爲1-6下,純力量導向
但發現到後面進步有點卡
想說該不該換成肌肥大練法8-12下,為持1-2個月 然後再換成原本的這樣交替
還是各位大大覺得不用,有人說如果追求純力量,練8-12下是浪費力氣
我是想追求純力量
補充:我186/78 體脂肪12趴蹲145硬145 臥推90
輔助的話我也有練,只是也是練1-6下
吃的部分先不討論,先以訓練菜單方法為主
有人說,追求純力量大,去改練肌肥大的練法意義不大
