想請問變壯的問題 - 健身

小弟本身體質不容易胖,加上運動量大,所以體型算是比標準略瘦,
健身的效果不差,基本上就是有練就會長肉,
飲食方面營養與熱量的攝取都有注意,爬了精華區之後,
也學到不少,只是我的身體不練就不長肉,
目前身高/體重是183/75,目標是增重到80,
項目以胸、上肢為主,我的胸圍大概37.5吋,腰圍31.5吋。
說了一大堆只是想請問,我是屬於四肢標準身體瘦的,
胸的訓練慢慢已經有起色了,胸圍多了一吋,
腹肌應該是因為瘦所以一直都有,但是像是肋骨周圍,
胸部下圍就是很瘦,不長肉,手舉起來很明顯看到肋骨,很討厭=.=
我想請問要練什麼項目才能增加身體的肌肉量?
還是說練腰跟胸,慢慢整個上半身就會壯起來?
我的手臂不會太細,但是身體單薄,看起來就很瘦弱,
想讓自己看起來比較壯,還請板上的大家傳授一下,
或是只點一下精華區得哪些資訊是相關的,因為都只找到胸跟腹部的,
