想請問一下
我大概是2~3星期前開始真的比較認真去運動
作的內容
滑步機 + seated low row + 腿推 + 類似捲腹的機器 (後面三項都大概50下)
原本是滑步機跑一公里多就真的很喘
但是慢慢加到四公里上下也都還好 今天則是是跑到五公里
應該說 一樣會累 但是不是那種喘不過氣的感覺
不知道是我的身體 比較習慣這個動作了? 還是因為運動後都有喝牛奶的關係呢?
大家會建議 漸漸把強度加強 還是漸漸增加次數呢?
