請問痛風者的飲食和運動? - 健身

小魯去年第一次發作 (因為腳的關節發炎,以為是扭到,沒有注意控制)
後來開始大量喝水 + 飲食控制 沒再復發過
但有以下問題想請教:
1.醫生說不要劇烈運動,我有慢跑習慣,1次3-5k (我是新手 沒常鍛鍊)
這個量是正常嗎? 看到版上有慢跑發作的文,跑的量如何掌控比較好?
是說..只能跑數十分鐘一定要休息 或者該怎麼控管?
2.飲食的話,很苦惱的就是火鍋: 自檢查出急性痛風1次後
再也沒喝過肉湯和火鍋,但是朋友都會說: 哎呀...不要喝湯就好
但我疑問是...這些蔬菜都是泡在肉湯裡面,即便是我完全不喝湯 吃那些泡在高普林
湯裡的蔬菜和肉 不會危險嗎?
