只吃中餐和晚餐
有在重訓運動的人一天大概1.5-2倍蛋白質
我想問的是,假如我中餐攝取70g-80g蛋白質,真正會被利用的會有八成嗎?
「我印象中有篇論文有些說正常人,一次短時間內攝取的蛋白質只有30-40g會被有效利用
運動員會更高」
如何有效攝取? 一般人168很難少量多餐吧?
