剛剛看到這部有氧減脂影片有點好奇
這部前2/3大概是介紹有氧減脂
透過逐步增加有氧的方式來突破有氧瓶頸
感覺沒太大問題
只是最後在介紹「達成目標後」,「逐步減少有氧的同時」
要同時增加熱量攝取
就有點搞不太懂了

覺得好像很有道理,但感覺又有某些地方怪怪的?
平常練有有氧都不能多吃熱量了,結果結束後卻反而需要多吃熱量?
他的意思是要維持基礎代謝,好像某些地方怪怪的但又說不出來
不知道有沒有板上先進能幫我提點我是哪裡搞錯了
