提振精神的疑問 - 健身

大家好,我先請教問題,再敘述我的狀況,可能比較好理解,謝謝。文長。
我相信常運動可以增強體力,但我天天疲倦想睡,請問如果想要培養體力和提振精神,空
檔時間應該先選擇睡眠或是出去運動呢?從跳繩和快走開始適當嗎?
*
我是35歲女性辦公室上班族,162公分、50公斤,工作忙碌甚至需要利用半夜或清晨時間
在家加班。
習慣每日一杯濾掛咖啡(超忙時會買便利商店大杯美式覺得更有效),早上和午後各喝半
杯;胃不算強健,曾經數次有幽門桿菌和胃潰瘍,所以我真的不希望再繼續依賴每日一杯
咖啡提神,可是沒有咖啡我又無法集中精神衝刺工作,結果努力戒咖啡到第三天就破功了
(我承認是我意志力不夠);吃B群也沒效;精神疲憊不堪回家也會影響家庭氣氛。
*生活習慣:
一、飲食習慣:早上通常是澱粉和蛋白質,偶爾才有蔬果;中午晚餐會有蔬菜、澱粉和蛋
白質。是餓了就會心情不好的那種人,所以會備有水果或小包餅乾XD不愛喝含糖飲料。
二、曾經有二到三個月期間,每星期三天晚上11-12點睡覺,隔天五點鐘起來晨跑,也不
感覺體力和精神變好,上班還是想來杯咖啡,不過優點是可以舒壓。
三、今年過年期間每天大約晚上12點睡到早上8-9點,還是沒有睡飽的感覺。依然疲倦,
喝了鄰居請的半糖紅茶覺得似乎好一咪咪。
四、我的紅血球和血紅素都在及格邊緣(或低一些),18-26歲間都沒辦法捐血。
五、目前可說是沒有「運動」習慣,但經常「活動」:陪小一女兒玩樂樂棒球和跳繩,或
家門口走20分鐘,大約每週一次健身環30分鐘,而我是不容易流汗的體質,這些活動最多
只會讓我冒汗而已。如果超疲倦,會連活動都臭臉)
