隔離時該怎麼利用隔離餐減脂? - 健身

大家好,我自己本身已經減脂了一段時間,三餐幾乎都自己煮,一週也只會有一餐吃外食
,基本上都吃原型食物,各種甜點飲料也已經很久沒看到他們了...只有在過年時因為跟
家人出門聚餐什麼的小小放縱一下,體重也沒飆升得太誇張,已經從最高90公斤到最近半
個月大概58、59上下浮動(我是女生)。
因為最近要回國外工作,目前已經在當地的防疫旅館隔離中,因為沒辦法自己煮,所以三
餐都是吃隔離餐,但因為自己已經戒掉白飯很久了,以往只吃肉跟菜的習慣,讓我光吃隔
離餐實在是快餓(饞)昏了,因為隔離餐中肉跟菜的量都不多,但隔離餐其實調味都滿清
淡的,不會太油或太鹹,附上隔離餐請大家給我一
點建議怎麼吃會比較好:
早餐(基本上我只吃蛋,偶爾剝一半饅頭吃)
另外會自己沖一杯黑咖啡,加一顆飯店附的蘋果(小顆)

中、晚餐(長得大概都這樣,我只吃肉跟菜不吃飯)
有讓飯店多給我幾顆蛋,所以有時會加上水煮蛋跟再一顆蘋果XD本來從去年開始都不太吃
晚餐了,但因為隔離餐讓我實在有點餓,所以晚餐也會吃(也是不吃飯)

每天也都會做一小時的運動(爆汗的那種),也喝足至少2000ml的水,麻煩大家協助我了
