三餐內容
早餐:烤吐司抹奶油or火腿蛋吐司or燒餅油條,通常都搭配豆漿,有時太晚起就吃餅乾..
午餐:自助餐一碗飯、一主菜(魚or雞)、三樣菜
晚餐:晚餐通常不固定 隨便吃....
其他:平常愛喝無糖的茶類,除了三餐之外就沒吃東西的習慣
日常作息時間:平日早上7~8點起床,晚上12~1點睡
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
1、一個禮拜一到兩天會去健身房,除了重訓還會踩20分鐘的飛輪
2、睡前會做20下的仰臥起坐
我的問題:聽版友的建議PO了這篇菜單,希望大家幫我看看哪裡需要改進,主要想增重,
一直都吃不胖,還有大家手臂都怎麼練的,手很細,想練點線條出來。
