我在今年五月中前都有打棒球的習慣
一周大約兩次
因為一些緣故暫時不練了
想改成慢跑
我在5/8~5/19 這十二天中跑七次
平均一次跑六公里
之後
好一陣子沒生病的我就連病了12天
針眼長完立刻扁桃腺發炎之後感冒
因為養病就暫時停止運動
接下來也忙其他事
一直到 6/26我跟我妹連跑三天
這次想說慢慢來可能是上次太累
所以一次只跑三公里 再加快走
第三天跑完回家立刻躺床
隔天掛急診因為得了腸病毒
我這兩年都維持早睡(一點前)早起(七點左右)
也都有在運動
體脂23 bmi20
平常都很健康
不知道為什麼在連續幾天慢跑後都會生病
求解
