感覺很大的瓶頸:體重停滯 - 美體

從今年2月中開始
我開始算是有毅力的在瘦身
一星期兩次游泳
每次大約一千公尺
剛開始到2月底體重由47.5-> 46.5 (只有153 @@")
然後整整三月到現在 還是46.5 ....
我都星期五早上量體重
飲食方面(一到四)
早上:豆漿+貝果
中午:正常餐(便當)
晚上:沙拉(大約146大卡)+無糖綠 or 零脂肪牛奶
五六日會小小放縱的吃晚餐^^"
但已經一個多月體重都沒變(用電子秤,不多不少:46.5)
有想過:增加運動量,增加游泳次數2->3
但還是相同:(
請問一下要怎麼樣能夠跨過停滯期呢....
