我目前24歲,女生
大概從去年11月左右開始
我一星期會運動個六~七天
一開始都是去公園跑步,跑滿一小時(因為跑公園,一圈的長度不詳,估計約6公里)
就算沒跑步也會在家裡踩踏步機也是踩一小時
後來不太喜歡去跑步
就都在家踩踏步機結果不小心被我踩壞
就買了台x-bike,買了有3周了
我每天都踩超過一小時不間斷(有時甚至兩小時)
然後吃方面是每天都盡情的吃
我比較不健康,很愛吃沒營養的零食
吃零食真的是我現在唯一的娛樂了QQ
但是也都有在控制熱量(一天大約吃1500)
結果今天一量體重
從踩x-bike之前的54到今天56了囧
現在非常的不知道該怎麼辦啊......
請大家可以的話給我點建議吧!!Q_Q
