慢跑不夠喘要增加強度還是時間? (已爬文) - 健身

主要想請教板上各位前輩 如果慢跑完不喘 要加強速度還是拉長時間?
我過去心肺功能相當差 也因為胖(人生顛峰期75kg 現在68kg 身高158)跑不動
每次學校體適能測驗輪到800/1600這個項目 我都是裝病
畢竟我連操場200公尺都跑不完 囧
開始慢跑的一兩個月來 覺得自己體力進步不少
雖然跑不快 但至少可以持續 不必走走停停或一下子就氣喘如牛了
最開始的兩個星期:3000m/35分鐘
第三個星期:4000公尺約40分鐘
第四個星期~現在:5000公尺約45分鐘
我都是每天晚上10點多去操場跑步
因為那時候人比較少 也比較涼爽 不會曬黑
現在遇到的問題是
以前總是氣喘如牛 一副快死掉的我
現在跑完4000.5000卻不喘了 心跳也只有120~130之間 感覺偏慢....
跑完的感覺只有口渴.流很多汗 以及大小腿有點痠痛
請問是我跑太慢嗎? 應該加快速度嗎?
還是要以這個速度跑滿1小時呢?
我的需求是減重和提升心肺耐力
請問我要如何改進?
