這兩個月來一直以龜速進行著
從跑不到一公里到現在四五公里
越來越喜歡跑步
跑速也慢慢增加從9分到7分
雖然還是很慢,但跟自己比已經有進步了
跑兩個月體重也從55.5降為53.1
家人同事都說我變瘦了
但其實應該是變結實了!!
跑步後吃沒有特別減少,但有降低吃炸物的次數。
運動真的很開心
心情不好出門跑一跑就改善很多
看到體重體態漸漸改變更是開心!!
