慢跑兩個月的心得+問題 - 美體

目前身高: 172

心得分享:
我最胖的時候應該是63-64

其實看起來我個人覺得只是肉肉而已可是很多人都說我很胖..
體脂那時候沒有量,所以不知道
半年後就開始一個禮拜到兩個禮拜慢跑一次, 都跑十圈左右

看起來是瘦一點, 體脂那時候量是23, 體重約59-60
之後我從今年7月開始慢跑, 每次5KM+ 到現在20次左右
體重就瘦下來56左右, 體脂沒有量到

這時候有朋友說我瘦了很多, 肉變緊了
在宿舍的時候晚上都會吃零食, 反而在家裡就很少吃了
而且我都只吃兩餐, 因為起床就中午了= = 看個人習慣喇
因為我是吃不下, 而且時間就剛好只吃兩餐= = 我也知道不正常Q_Q
食量有少一點, 我以前都會吃到吐出來, 胃那邊很突很明顯
所以現在想要吃7分飽, 慢慢把胃突的情況改善一點
正餐方面都沒怎麼改, 在宿舍我都煮燙青菜或面, 很少肉, 除非出去吃就無所謂~
在家裡反而多點肉, 而且我水果都吃很多, 1天1KG的葡萄都有= =
水方面也是要喝很多, 一天1500ML, 豆漿一天也有450ML左右
牛奶一天一杯
其實我覺得只要不要晚上吃零食和運動一下就真的會瘦下來
雖然數字上沒有說變化很多,不過整體看起來有瘦~
不過我真的很難過, 到現在還是有人說我很胖..
難度我也要4X公斤才算正常嗎..
