今天是開始跑步的第四天
每天都想說跑到雙腿快不行時就停下來
可惡的是每次都右腳先累 變的超硬
左腳幾乎還在暖身中
逼不得已只好停下
應該不是跑步姿勢的問題
因為我有刻意把身體向左傾 結果還是右腳先累
而且今天右腳膝蓋也開始微微作痛了
不曉得是不是以前打球右腳用過度的關係
幾年前也有去復健過右腳膝蓋 說是半月板磨損過多
會不會是膝蓋不好 導致右小腿支撐身體會比較累的關係?
怪怪的 大家有這種情況過嗎?
問好多醫生也是檢查不出所以然(嘆)
