慢跑後的痠痛 - 減肥

最近把減肥的運動方式從快走改成慢跑
前天第一次跑完之後(2km)
隔天覺得大腿肌肉
尤其是接近膝蓋的地方很痠痛
請問這是太久沒動的正常現象
還是我的跑步姿勢不正確呢?
我在跑的時候
有儘量注意讓自己的上半身打直
然後儘量放輕鬆
--
