早餐: 7-11大杯無糖熱拿鐵+起司蛋三明治
午餐: 飯1碗+肉半個~一個手掌大+青菜1碗~2碗(如果沒有菜就會吃一顆蘋果替代)
晚餐: 大約跟午餐相同(都是吃家裡煮的)
其他: 偶爾家裡沒煮,就會自己煮泡麵吃,泡麵熱量大約600卡
日常作息時間: 11點睡 7點起床
生活型態: 學生
健康狀況:

8月開始除了x-bike 50分鐘,另外加慢跑35分鐘,心跳140~150每周3次
也就是說,目前運動方式是每週休2天,2天x-bike,慢跑+x-bike 3天
無重訓
我的問題:
目前我的基代約1310,通常吃到1500
如果有額外吃小零食或喝飲料,也都會納入計算
飲料部分以熱飲為限(通常是沖泡包約150卡)
我想請問我的運動量應該算是ok
但是已經5個半月了,體重只掉了2公斤...
真的是有點灰心...
雖然我知道不該看體重機上的數字
但是就像前面某位版友7個月瘦了15kg
而我就算不看數字
自己穿衣服、照鏡子也看得出來
衣服褲子並沒有變鬆,鏡子裡的自己頂多線條稍為好看一點點(自己用力看)
用尺量小腿圍也沒減少
暑假兩個月沒見的朋友,也沒說我有任何改變...
想請問版娘及版上的眾版友們
我該如何是好呢?
目前我在吃東西前會先把熱量算好再吃
每餐平均分配500卡
但是想請問
像我喝沖泡包150卡,我也會把它算入1500中,這樣做是對的嗎?
還是這150不該佔了正常進食的熱量?
其實往前翻或搜我id
可以知道這不是我第1次減肥,也不是第1次健康減肥
上次沒瘦下來原因我也忘了
只是這次我真的下定決心,認真看板娘指示健康吃健康動
但是身體真的不動如山
還沒到要放棄,但是真的自己也滿氣餒的
忍不住就上來問問大家比較專業的意見
