慢跑的人會食慾大增嗎? - 健身

不知道各位有沒有這種問題
我平常是有運動習慣
通常都是在健身房滑步機60分+重訓30分
因為報名了馬拉松
所以開始練習慢跑
快兩個月了
通常都跑10公里66分鐘左右
以前是兩~三天跑一次
現再是跑一休一
發現最近吃飯好像都吃不飽
慢慢吃也是
早餐吃饅頭
午餐便當
(以上都還ok,吃完不覺得飽但剛好不會餓的程度)
平常晚餐都吃兩~三碗飯左右+菜+湯
這幾天吃晚飯
發現吃完沒有感覺耶
就好像什麼事都沒發生過一樣
我試著慢慢吃
也一樣
過了一兩個小時
肚子又開始餓了
這是基代增加要我多吃一點嗎?
因為我陷在吃與不吃的掙扎....
好像每次跑步食慾都會大增的樣子
