慢跑的休息日適合鍛鍊股四頭嗎? - 健身

自從今年夏天養成慢跑的習慣後,我還蠻喜歡慢跑,也希望這個習慣能一直持續下去
不過實在有點擔心膝蓋,最近膝蓋有點小不適的感覺
我的慢跑習慣是一週跑三~四天,跑自行車&人行道,一次約跑25~35分,
跑之前與後都會做6~7分鐘的腿部拉筋動作。
這週跑了兩天(中間休兩天),隔天右膝蓋都有點酸酸或小刺痛的感覺,
不知道是不是上週連跑三天只休一天的疲勞累積...(os:自己的膝蓋好弱)
雖然蠻希望跑步的天數能增加,不過也不希望膝蓋受傷,

慢跑不宜天天跑是因為要給膝蓋適度休息,
請問慢跑休息日做那幾個鍛鍊股四頭肌的動作合適嗎?
會不會給膝蓋較多負擔或妨礙膝蓋休息之類的呢?
還是說沒差、天天做都ok?
