慢跑的問題 - 健身

最近調整慢跑姿勢
是腳跟先著地 然後身體要打直
大腿帶動跑
不過問題是
這兩天 我跑完10圈400公尺的
心跳差不多在130
我不太會喘 而且還是有體力再繼續跑
但是我覺得兩雙腿 都僵硬到不行
小腿更是不舒服 所以就休息了
感覺還有很多力氣沒有用氣 運動不過癮
如果是姿勢正確的話
不舒服的是不適應該是大腿呢??
那我不舒服的地方在小腿
是不是我姿勢還要再修正
