慢跑的圈數 - 減肥

剛好有跟成功減肥的人聊到天
一個說她養成習慣每天星期運動五天 每天都會跑5千到8千公尺
另一個說他每天跑20圈操場瘦了八公斤
我的話...狀況好可以跑4圈(1600)+走2圈+走回家約15分
如果狀況不好只能勉強連續跑2圈T_T
覺得自己超弱的.....哭哭
因為我以前只要跑超過1000公尺就會受不了 會有點喘不過氣的感覺
本來很自我感覺良好的說 哇 我終於可以平安跑完1600了
(不過腳也痠了兩天走路都怪怪的)
沒想到跟人家一比還是...唉.....
另外我覺得 叫我戒什麼都可以 就是戒甜食最困難 叫我一個星期不吃甜的會超煩躁
應該就是傳說中的糖成癮了= =所以現在都盡量用水果的甜份來代替蛋糕糖果餅乾
反正一樣是甜的也比較健康
