改善後的菜單會不會營養不均呢 - 健身

三餐內容
早餐:萬歲牌元氣松子堅果飲(124卡)+30公克左右桂格大燕麥片
蒸地瓜一顆 大約半公斤
午餐:學校營養午餐 我都只吃菜(素食) 不吃飯 大約兩大碗滿滿的菜(沒什麼油)
還有2~3份水果(香蕉 西瓜 李子 桃子 番茄 在輪)
加工素食不吃 有油豆腐 豆皮會多吃
下午會在吃ㄧ顆蒸地瓜(早上蒸兩個)
晚餐:7-11的沙拉擇一 再加一杯無糖高纖豆漿
其他:每天都喝超過兩千cc的水
這些都是一到五 六日放假回家 我媽給煮一堆肉給我
不過我現在口味變輕淡 食量也少
就算回家也是吃健康的時候 我媽會打無糖豆漿+芝麻粉給我喝
日常作息時間
生活型態:晚點12點睡 6點15準時起床 下午會再睡一小時
運動習慣:星期一 二 五 傍晚會跳一小時 瑜珈
星期三 四 傍晚會跳一小時有氧
星期一到五 每天早上會巡邏一小時二十分鐘的校園
中午會巡邏半小時校園
巡邏都是用散步方式有樓梯
一星期會去游泳一次 一次半小時
我的問題:目前已經持續4個多月了體重只減2公斤 體脂23>17~19
不過 手 腳 屁股 大腿 小腿都瘦很多
可是我最在意的肚子還在 而且我之前練的胸肌都快不見了
從B到-A
我一直覺得我應該需要重訓 不過現在我在當兵 沒有足夠的時間 金錢去健身房
重訊可能要等我退伍才能 我這樣檢 會減到肌肉嗎 營養會不良嗎
有哪邊需要改善呢
