慢跑的速度與時間問題 - 健身

最近在健身房練慢跑的時候發現自己其實可以跑再快一點
我的慢跑大概都是40分鐘
一般情況下心跳數是150~160左右,這樣可以撐到35分鐘
剩下5分鐘用快走的(心跳數130左右)
如果加速的話,心跳數會變成170~180,可以稱15~20分鐘
後面剩餘的時間就只能快走
我身體的感覺是加速後比較有「運動到了!」的感覺
因為身體會非常熱然後喘。
但是爬板上文章告訴我,其實稱比較久的慢速跑法更有減脂效果。
所以想請問我是應該繼續採用慢速跑法嗎? 即使那比較輕鬆?
