小魯弟我工時常態性 "早十上班 晚十下班"
如果案子忙一點會在更晚下班.....QQ~
平常只有在周末才運動 現在考慮平日也開始動一動
我的運動以游泳為主~
方案A. 六點半早起 游泳至九點 開始一天生活(早十晚十)!!
方案B. 九點半起床 早十上班 下午五點半吃飯~六點運動~九點繼續回公司上班至12點
個人想選擇方案A.不知道大家的意見如何?
