做了一陣子的重訓 改變了方向 還滿不錯的
來這邊請教看看有什麼好建議 謝謝^^!

接下來稍微寫一下器材紀錄
名字我也不太清楚喔 ^^真抱歉~寫差不多的
看圖也可以~!
1.上臂滑輪 77磅 3組 1組10下
2.仰臥起坐 1次20下 2.5次
3.前彎? 左右前彎曲身體 各十下 兩組
4.腹部前屈 100磅 3組
5.後抬腿 120磅 3組
6.腿前伸 120磅 3組
7.大腿內外測 88磅 內外各3組
8.高滑輪上臂 50磅 3組
9.雙手往前伸的機器腳可以踩 140磅 3組
10.手上舉 40磅 3組
11.還有蝴蝶機 70磅 3組 沒照到
另外還有一台機器就是躺著雙手手心朝內上舉
我只能舉30磅 很吃力...
不知道有什麼秘訣^^
