在巴哈被一個好像有營養學背景的人給嗆了
突然有點招架不住
因為我不知道要如何反擊
她主張不吃澱粉減肥法因為她討厭運動
她認為蔬菜水果就含有澱粉了不需要額外再去吃米飯類的增加負擔
結論就是不運動這樣的方法絕對可行~而且她說她也有馬甲線
我提出實際上這樣身體機代的扣打太低了而且永遠也只能這麼低這是不運動的後果
馬甲線瘦的人也會有馬甲線~只是皮和骨中間包的是肉還是脂肪就不知道了
澱粉類攝取過少會影響情緒因為血清激素濃度低~另外體內酮酸濃度過高對身體是負擔
結果她給我回擊
酮酸中毒時體內酮濃度會超過200毫克/公合
正常人就算嚴格限制碳水化合物~人體內酮濃度只會上升到5到20毫克/公合
我剛剛爬了精華區找不到酮酸濃度的相關資料 =.=

2、 基本12個小時,全年無休,假日也要來,常常加班,隨時on call
