我停滯了 - 健身

看著體重都不下降
真的很想很想放棄
今天差一點就破戒了
要不是因為同學的阻止
好痛苦喔
到底要怎麼稱過停滯期呢??
我現在有在運動 一星期4天
韻律五或是游泳
早餐 一杯燕麥加水果 早餐都比較不餓
中參 一碗陽春麵加上水果 吃超撐
晚餐 水果和牛奶
到底停滯期大概都多久呢
夏天真的快到了
