我又回來了,菜單討論 - 減肥

三餐內容
早餐:3份當季水果(一定會有奇異果*1 搭配香蕉*1或木瓜1/2*1
飲品:
400cc義美無糖豆漿+桂格任選一口味的榖粉(大約都130大卡)+一份大燕麥片
+一小把蔓越莓乾
九點半:COSTCO 半顆綜合穀物麵包 (熱量不知道)
午餐:公司自助餐,自己打菜的

三點:COSTCO 半顆綜合穀物麵包
晚餐:五點吃
2份水果(也一定會有一顆奇異果)+COSTCO貝果+藍莓果醬+400cc義美無糖豆漿
我都要加班到7點多,這是最方便的晚餐了,不然下了班自助餐都沒啥菜了
晚上回到家會馬上煮兩碗冷凍蔬菜(內容物:花椰菜,青花菜,胡蘿蔔,黃胡蘿蔔
青豆仁,甜碗豆等等+少許鹽)
其他:每天會來一包西雅圖極品拿鐵 91大卡 ,白開水2100cc
一週會有兩天喝7-11中杯無糖拿鐵
每天綜合維他命*1+b群*1
日常作息時間:6點半起床 11點就寢
生活型態:倉管(在21~23度/溼度65~70%工作的冷氣房勞工),雖然都有在走動
但在那種室溫下很難流汗,這種大熱天我有時還要穿外套
運動習慣:一週六天 X-bike 1HR 轉速都有40up,說也奇怪,有時心跳可以超過130
有時怎樣就是無法突破120= =
一三五會在家做些簡單重訓
我的問題:每次過完年都會胖回來...然後又開始減
不過我這次兩個月了體重都沒啥動靜
我一直覺得中餐吃太多了
不知各位版友們對菜單有什麼地方可以改進修改的
吃過量?還是不足?
還請不吝指教
