體重掉超慢! - 健身

前言
以前我是個大胖子
高中的時候80幾公斤
上了大學節食減肥最輕瘦到59kg (171cm)
--------------
上了研究所之後整天不是家裡就是學校
整天不是吃就是坐在電腦前
體重竟然爆增到69...
整個臉又變圓了=.,=
某天晚上
吃完韓國烤肉
剛好隔壁有一間康是美
跑去測體脂
看到結果
差點沒噴飯
害我難過了好一陣子
剛好社區健身房開放
然後就去健身房重訓+仰臥起坐+跑步
剛開始時速7km -> 9km 跑約1.5hr (25圈)
後來速度慢慢增加 8km -> 10km 跑約77mins (25圈)
現在時速9km -> 11.1km 39mins (17圈)
仰臥起坐 從原本的一組30下一天兩組
到現在一組70下一天約2~3組
這一個月上健身房17次
最近一兩個禮拜開始有再搭配游泳 (我是新手大概游500m左右)
一個月前
體重68.5kg (剛吃完韓國烤肉 =_= )
體脂22.9%
BMI 23.6
半個月前
體重67.5kg (吃飯前)
體脂20%
BMI 23.2
今天
體重66.3kg (剛運動完 喝了超多水才去量Orz)
體脂18.4%
BMI 22.7
每天大概都只吃兩餐
因為都睡到快中午就去學校吃自助餐
一碗麵+三樣菜(茄子+番茄炒蛋+炒豆子)
晚餐就很不一定了
有時候吃粥或是肉羹麵或是燒臘便當
這一個月只吃過一次大餐Q_Q
然後只吃過一次炸物
不知道要怎麼樣才能快速把體重降下來

喔 對了
現在每天都有喝500cc的溫開水
平常鮮少喝飲料
大部分都是無糖綠茶
