運動後很想吃甜的 - 健身

各位版上大大好 小弟在這邊又有問題想請教大家
之前獲得板上各位大大的幫助 現在養成了跑一休一的習慣
可是體重卻依然沒有變化 XD ( 沒升上去就好 )
現在有個問題想請教大家
Q:小弟每次運動完之後 都會很想喝含糖的飲料
(一瓶7-11賣的生活泡沫綠茶就好)
不知道為什麼,運動後我的腦袋就是不斷地告訴我要吸收糖分
但是我知道運動後喝糖的飲料 馬上就補回去了 = 白忙一場
所以我一直克制著
想請問版上大大們有沒有什麼好的解決辦法 謝謝
對了,突然想到 可口可樂0熱量那瓶可以運動後喝嗎 ?
如果可以的話 就太高興了 一瓶600CC可以分三次運動喝

線圈會說「不!!不要過來!!」而發出阻力不讓磁鐵棒靠近。
但是如果我們要把放進去的磁鐵棒從線圈拿走, 「傲嬌是一種
線圈反而會說「我…我又沒有叫你走!!」而發出阻力不讓磁鐵棒離開。 自然現象」
