半糖是因為要控制熱量
烏龍綠可以解油膩
早餐跟午餐之間還需要搭配一餐。
少量多餐是減肥必須的,你翻精華區就知道
所以一天最少五餐
建議是涼麵、泡麵,或者烏龍麵
尤其推薦小7的涼麵,有胡蘿蔔跟小黃瓜,超健康
可以幫助排便跟減少油脂
午餐就吃牛排、補充蛋白質,大概十二盎司左右
或者雞腿排也不錯
蛋白質可以長肉,幫你增加基代
下午茶就買85度C的咖啡跟蛋糕
咖啡因對減肥有幫助喔
晚餐不要吃太多,所以一碗泡麵就夠了
加一根青江菜跟一顆雞蛋,營養美味
水果以香蕉、西瓜最棒,大概三根香蕉或四分之一顆西瓜這樣
宵夜不要買肯德基,炸的太油了
我建議吃麥當勞,大概一個大麥克或兩個小漢堡
記得不要加起司喔
這樣持之以恆,你的體重一定會有所改變的喔~^^~
