原PO我 因為上班加上課
平常回到家大概10點左右
因為比較晚了
通常我都在加做仰臥起座而已
(因為我腰不好 通常一次只能20下左右 大概3.4次 60~80下)
不然就是做伏地挺身
因為我膝蓋也不是很好 本身也胖
跑步的話 都不是因為太喘而停
都是小腿太酸才停下來
(小腿酸是肌力不足?)
平常有在打壘球運動 手的力量練比較多
但肚子一天比一天大.. 不瘦不行了..
想請問各位我該怎麼瘦!?
