1.你1星期就運動那麼1次,相對當然身體無法負荷
2.看你之前po的文章,應該是常嚷著要減肥,但都沒身體力行
3.經濟獨立,自己買健身器材有何不可(頂多多了個大型曬衣架)
4.其實你該做的是和男友溝通,男女體力本來就有差別
何況你平常是沒運動的人
5.等其他版友補充(其實開始偏向BG版業務了!)
