三餐內容
早餐:麥片
午餐:雞腿便當,玉米排骨湯2碗
晚餐:水果盤,燒烤二串
其他:無,為了要拍照而減肥 但其實還是吃很多。
有沒有可以吃但會瘦的方法呢,嘴老是很纏。
日常作息時間:
生活型態:上班族、天天坐著那種office
運動習慣:無
我的問題:目前四肢算瘦 但臉圓以及胖在肚子一大塊油
看起來很像3個月,預計九月要拍照....
人生的另一個階段。
好像時間很緊促,但我還是沒有辨法不吃東西+控制飲食。
