瘦身成功 但身體有未曾見的狀況 - 減肥

小弟接受板上的一些建議瘦身成功了,但因課業比較繁重所以運動量大減,
不過藉由飲食的控制大約3個月內減下16KG,體脂肪也有改善,但基礎代謝也因此下降
,最近增加飲食的量,體重有些許上升,但很容易感到肚子餓,且有時候飢餓感只要維持
一小段時間有時候就會產生無力感,三餐時間和量都正常,但餐餐之間有時候會這樣
,感覺身體各方面機能都沒問題,運動效率也沒因此下降,所以有點好奇為什麼
會產生這種感覺,煩請有經驗的大大幫忙解答一下囉,謝謝。
