體脂率:38(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:豆漿跟茶葉蛋
午餐:吃麵類食物
晚餐:不吃 或是 燙青菜(不加肉燥)
其他:不吃宵夜 不愛吃餅乾(可免填)
日常作息時間:大概一點~兩點睡~ 睡到 九點或十點~(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
生活型態:夜校生~白天暫時沒有工作(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
運動習慣:慢跑~30分鐘左右 心跳一百三(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
例1:慢跑40分鐘,心跳數約130~140左右
例2:騎腳踏車一小時,心跳數約130~150左右

為什麼 我已經持續一段時間了 (大概兩個禮拜)
完全沒有看到瘦下來的跡象~反而還變胖~請大家幫幫我~~~~~~~
