胸為甚麼會放中間
因為我練完胸的酸痛使得隔天練背或肩會不蘇胡
請問這樣有沒有什麼問題?
另外想請問
練三頭的那個法式推舉動作
用長槓跟用彎曲槓會差很多嗎
