我是一個胖子
體脂率在30%上下
雖然胖。可是我全身的肉都是硬梆梆的
用手指頭捏卻捏不太起來那種
曾想要減肥,現在也還在努力之中
方法是騎腳踏車做有氧運動
關於心跳率之類的我也研究過了
可是做有氧所瘦下來的體重很有限
都會到達一個瓶頸而停止住
我在想
可能是因為小的時候常幫父親搬運重物
所以肌肉很硬
但是上了中年(我今年32)體重卻一直增加
食量不大但體重一直上看90KG
要不是努力騎腳踏車做有氧
可能要往100KG邁進了
無意間逛到這個版
想問問大家做重訓有無幫助
還是說,瘦不下來,乾脆練成一個肌肉男算了(笑)
